Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group

Amanda currently serves as the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at Atlantic Bay. In this role Amanda has oversight of the organization’s enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and financial intelligence oversight.

Prior to joining Atlantic Bay, Amanda served as the Chief Operating and Risk Officer of Old Dominion National Bank.

Amanda has an extensive background in community financial institutions, having held a wide range of risk and compliance roles. She has previously served as Senior Vice President & Operational Risk Manager for Union Bankshares where she was responsible for the development and implementation of the operational risk management framework. Amanda joined Union through their acquisition of StellarOne Corporation where she served as the Director of AML & Fraud. Prior to joining StellarOne, Amanda served as the Vice President of Compliance for Community Bank where she managed the enterprise compliance management program.
