During her 26-year tenure at Associated Bank, Nicole has held leadership roles in Consumer Banking, Operations and Technology, and Corporate Risk. As Chief Risk Officer, she is currently responsible for Financial Intelligence(BSA/AML, Fraud, Investigations, OFAC), Physical Security, Corporate Compliance, Credit Risk Review, Information Security, and Operational and Enterprise Risk Management.

Nicole has Degrees in Accounting and Computer Science and holds certifications from PMI (PMP), ACAMS (CAMS), and NACD (Cyber CERT). Nicole has also completed the Chicago Booth Executive Program in Corporate Strategy and The RMA/Wharton Advanced Risk Management Program.
