Mr. Ward joined First Republic in 2014 as Executive Vice President – Chief BSA/AML and Security Officer. He has over 25 years combined experience in law enforcement, corporate security, investigations, fraud prevention and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance. Prior to joining First Republic, he was the Executive Vice President, BSA/AML and Security Officer at Union Bank overseeing the Financial Crimes Risk Management program. He is a graduate of the Northwestern University, Executive Management program-School of Police Staff and Command.
