Cam Field is the Senior Manager - AML Intelligence Liaison at the Financial Intelligence Unit at BMO. Prior to that he served in the Toronto Police Service for 30 years and worked in a variety of assignments including drug enforcement, behavioral assessment team, and as the manager of the Corporate Crimes Team. He is a member of the Crime Prevention Committee of the International Association of Chiefs of Police, Director for the International Society of Crime Prevention Professionals, and the private sector liaison and former Deputy Director of the Canadian Society of Evidence Based Policing. He was also a former Vice President of the Canadian Association of Threat Assessment Professionals. He is a frequent keynote speaker and panelist to both private and public sector audiences and has published articles on various topics and recently contributed to articles on organ trafficking and wildlife trafficking in ACAMSToday. Field received a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Justice Studies from the University of Guelph and a Master of Science in Criminology from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom. His graduate research focused on demographical considerations of financial crime in Canada, England and Wales.
