Ms. Morgan is responsible for executing the BSA/AML Program strategy and providing support and oversight to Ally’s Lines of Business, Global Function Partners and Program Stakeholders in the development, execution and enhancement of the BSA/AML Program components. In addition, she has direct accountability for the management and administration of the Global AML and OFAC Risk Assessments, AML and OFAC Training Program Strategy, Management Reporting, Business Continuity Planning, AML and OFAC Policy Development Regulatory Relations and management of the Anti-Corruption and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Compliance programs.
Before joining Ally, Ms. Morgan was a Senior Vice President responsible for Enterprise Compliance Program Administration for Wachovia Corporation and had accountability for the development and administration of key compliance programs including the Corporate Ethics Program, FCPA, Enterprise Compliance Risk Assessments, Compliance Monitoring and Testing and Enterprise Compliance Training and Awareness. Prior to joining Wachovia Corporation, she held leadership roles in both domestic and internationally based organizations in the healthcare, consulting services and textile manufacturing.
Ms. Morgan holds professional certifications in Corporate Ethics and Compliance Program Administration and Baldridge Quality Assurance Program Administration.
