Mr. Weber has twelve years of experience in the financial industry including five and half in BSA/AML Compliance and two years in Internal Audit.  Prior to First Niagara Financial Group, Mr. Weber held a position with HSBC Bank on a Financial Crime Compliance Internal Audit team.  In that role, he led and contributed to exams related to CIP/KYC, Private Banking, Securities, Payments, Trade & Receivables Finance, OFAC/Sanctions and CTRs.  Mr. Weber has also held positions in credit risk involving responsibilities related to Dodd-Frank lending limits testing and to the Shared National Credit Program.
