Milos Barutciski chairs the International Trade and Investment Group at Bennett Jones LLP. Milos has represented Fortune 500 companies and companies listed on the TSX, NYSE, NASDAQ, European and Asian stock exchanges in corruption, sanctions, cartel and money-laundering matters, including investigations by the RCMP, Canada Border Services Agency, Global Affairs Canada, the Competition Bureau, and joint investigations with the US Department of Justice, the SEC, the European Commission and other international authorities. He has also represented Canadian and international companies in several World Bank investigations. Milos is a member of Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD's Task Force on Bribery and Corruption, and was intimately involved in the negotiations for the 1997 OECD Anti-Bribery Convention. He also advised the Government of Canada on the drafting of the Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act. Milos is a member of the Executive Board of the International Chamber of Commerce.
