Description
• Conducting “empathy exercises” to understand incentives of senior management and business line leadership and identify opportunities to achieve consensus on role of AFC across enterprise
• Identifying and engaging informal power infrastructure such as thought leaders and influencers to achieve buy-in on AFC priorities among rank-and-file employees
• Practicing conflict resolution skills such as dispassionate analysis of contrasting views to ensure ethical decision-making, optimize cohesion and preserve vitality of personal networks going forward
