• Assessing current culture of compliance on factors that directly relate to products and services offered at your casino, and ensuring that your written risk assessment includes casino offerings, financial transactions and customers
• Fortifying culture of compliance by formalizing BSA/AML policies, conducting ongoing employee training and creating incentives such as incorporating compliance activities into performance reviews
• Creating confidentiality controls, protocols for alert escalation and SAR filing to ensure corporate culture supports pro-active BSA/AML oversight and thorough investigation and resolution of red flags
